Hi! I'm Kelly.
Mom of three (infant to preteen) & the founder of Plan Ahead Mom. I created this for the moms who want to actually enjoy December — the tree lighting, the school concert, the cookies — instead of spending it chasing a to-do list. What started as my own Labor Day sit-down became the system I now share with every busy parent I know. Christmas feels so much better when it's handled early.
