Platform Transition: We are currently moving our email list, free resources, and checkout from Kajabi to Kit (email), ThriveCart (checkout and website), Vercel (website) and Notion (product and resource hosting). During this transition, your information may be held in both Kajabi and these new platforms. Once the transition is complete, we will update this policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following types of information:

Personal Details: Name and email address (provided when you opt in to our email list, request a free resource — including by replying to an automated direct message — or purchase a product).
Email Confirmation Records: When you join our email list, we use a double opt-in process. Our email platform records when you subscribed and confirmed your subscription, which form or resource you signed up through, and related technical details (such as the IP address used to confirm).
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system.
Usage Data: How you interact with our content, pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on pages. This includes whether you open our emails and which links you click in them, which we use to send you more relevant content.
Purchase & Payment Data: When you purchase a product or program through our ThriveCart or Kajabi checkout, payment is processed by Stripe, PayPal, or the platform’s payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details; those are handled securely by the payment processor. We receive your name, email address, billing details (such as country and postal code), and order information.
Social Media Data: When you interact with our content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook, we may have access to publicly available information such as your username, profile information, and engagement metrics.
Communication Data: Messages sent through contact forms, direct messages on social media, email replies, and video or phone coaching sessions. When coaching sessions are conducted via video call platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, those platforms may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
Affiliate Purchase Information: When you make purchases through our Amazon Affiliate or Influencer links, Amazon may share commission information with us. We do not receive your personal payment details.
User-Generated Content: Comments, reviews, or testimonials you share publicly on social media or in response to our content.
Lead & Client Management Data: We maintain internal records to manage our audience relationships and client communications. This may include your public social media username, public comments you have made on our content, a record of follow-up communications we have sent you (including the general content of those communications), and internal notes about our interactions.
We generally keep private messages within the social media platform where they originate, and we may keep a record that a conversation occurred and what resources or information were provided to you. If you send us positive feedback or results in a direct message, email, or comment, we may save a screenshot of that message to use as a testimonial (see Section 8, “Testimonials and User-Generated Content”).

Deliver free lead magnets and resources you have requested, by email or direct message
Manage your email subscription and send relevant content and updates through Kit and Thrivecart (and, during our transition period, Kajabi)
Organize subscribers with tags (for example, which free resource you requested or which product you purchased) so we can send relevant emails and avoid sending offers for products you already own
Send transactional emails (such as subscription confirmations, download confirmations, purchase receipts, product access emails, and welcome sequences) through Kit, Kajabi, and/or ThriveCart
Deliver and host digital products, courses, and coaching programs via Kajabi, Notion, and/or ThriveCart
Process payments for products and programs
Process affiliate commissions from purchases made through our Amazon links
Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
Manage leads, client relationships, and follow-up communications through our client management systems

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach. In the event of a breach, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authority where we are legally required to do so.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

6. PLAN AHEAD CHRISTMAS DIGITAL PLANNER

The Plan Ahead Christmas Digital Planner is designed to keep your plan private to you.

Your plan stays on your device. Your answers, your plan, and anything you type (such as your name and your family members' first names) are saved only in your web browser on your own device. Your plan is not sent to us, and we cannot see, access, or recover it.

No login required. The planner does not require an account or email address.

Hosting. The planner is hosted by Vercel. Like any website host, Vercel automatically receives standard technical information when you load the page (such as your IP address, browser type, and device information), according to its privacy policy.

Deleting your plan. You can delete your plan anytime by choosing "Start a new plan" in the planner's menu, or by clearing your browser's website data. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices or browsers may make your plan unavailable, and we cannot restore it.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our content and services utilize various third-party platforms and services. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies for more information.

a) Website & Course Platform

Our website, sales pages, and course hosting are currently managed through Kajabi (and, as we transition, ThriveCart and Vercel). During our transition period, some email marketing, free resource delivery, and product checkout also run through Kajabi. When you visit our site, opt in through a form, make a purchase, or access a course, Kajabi, Thrivecart, and/or Vercel process your data according to their privacy policies.

b) Email Marketing

Our email list is managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit) and Thrivecart. When you join our email list — through a form, a ManyChat direct message, or a purchase — your name, email address, subscription and confirmation records, tags, and email engagement data (such as opens and clicks) are stored in Kit and Thrivecart and are used to send you our emails. If you subscribed through Kajabi, your information may also be copied into Kit and Thrivecart so you continue receiving the emails you signed up for.

c) Checkout & Payment Processing

Checkout for our digital products is provided by ThriveCart and/or Kajabi. Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, and/or the platform’s payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details. ThriveCart may also be used to deliver free resources, digital products, and courses (including through its course hosting feature), and to send emails related to those products and resources, such as receipts, access details, and delivery emails. When you sign up or buy through ThriveCart, your name, email address, and order details are stored in ThriveCart and also shared with Kit so we can deliver your purchase or resource and send related emails. Each provider handles your data according to their own privacy policies.

Our domain is registered through Namecheap. Namecheap handles domain registration data according to their privacy policy. Our domain’s settings are currently managed in Kajabi.

e) Free Resources & Lead Magnets

Our free resources and digital products are delivered by email (Kit, Kajabi, or ThriveCart) or by automated direct message (ManyChat). Some are hosted on Notion pages or in ThriveCart, and some are linked to a PDF hosted on Google Drive or a video hosted on YouTube. When you open these resources, these providers (including Notion, ThriveCart, and Google/YouTube) may collect standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser information) according to their privacy policies. You do not need a Notion or Google account to access our resources; resources delivered through ThriveCart may require you to create a login to access them.

f) Affiliate Programs

We participate in the Amazon Associates Program and maintain an Amazon Influencer storefront. When you click on one of our Amazon Affiliate or Amazon Influencer links and make a purchase, Amazon may share certain transaction information with us so we can earn a commission. We do not receive your personal payment information or specific purchase details. We may also participate in other affiliate programs from time to time.

i) Direct Messaging Automation

We use ManyChat to automate direct message (DM) communication on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. When you comment on one of our posts, send us a DM, or trigger an automated flow (for example, by using a keyword to request a free resource), these platforms may process your message and social media username in order to respond and deliver the requested content. These platforms may store your username and message history according to their privacy policies. We do not receive your private personal information beyond what you share in the conversation.

If you share your first name or email address in a DM, ManyChat stores it and, when you request a resource by email, sends it to Kit to add you to our email list.

j) Advertising and Marketing

We may use advertising tools from platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and Google to promote our content and products. This may involve:

Tracking pixels on our website, checkout pages (including ThriveCart), and content that collect data about your interactions
Server-side event sharing (such as the Meta Conversions API), where we send information about actions you take on our website or checkout pages — such as viewing content, adding items to a cart, initiating checkout, making a purchase, subscribing, starting a trial, completing a registration, or contacting us — directly to advertising platforms to measure ad performance and improve ad relevance
Sharing hashed data (such as email addresses) with advertising platforms for event matching and audience matching; hashing converts your information into a coded format before it is shared

We use Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Drive) for internal business administration, including responding to customer inquiries, storing business records, and hosting certain free resources (such as PDFs linked in our content). 8. TESTIMONIALS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Website Analytics: Anonymized after 26 months (Google Analytics default)
Email Confirmation (Consent) Records: Retained while you are subscribed and for as long as needed to show your consent
Platform Transition: When we stop using Kajabi, we will move active subscriber and customer records to Kit and ThriveCart and close our Kajabi account. Data remaining in Kajabi will be deleted according to Kajabi’s own retention practices.

EU/EEA and California residents may request deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to certain legal exceptions. When we no longer need your personal data, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Plan Ahead Christmas Digital Planner Data: The digital version of Plan Ahead Christmas is stored only on your device until you delete it or clear your browser data. We do not retain it.
